Desfasurarea de forte pentru un astfel de eveniment este impresionanta, fiind transportate la locul evenimentului circa 100 de masini Golf MkVI, plus alte aproape 100 masini pentru deplasarea oficiala, pentru staff, pentru mecanici, intre care VW Phaeton, Touareg R50, Passat R36, Multivan Business. Cel putin un container cu piese de schimb si scule a fost transportat in acelasi loc pentru eventuale reparatii si intretinere. Cu toate acestea, nici una dintre speculaţii nu s-a dovedit a fi adevărata. Nici măcar ultima creaţie Renault, botezată Sandero Stepwaz şi lansată în Brazilia, nu pare a fi ceea ce credea toată lumea. Potrivit ultimelor informaţii legate de acest subiect, SUV-ul Dacia nu va semăna prea mult cu Sandero, deşi va utiliza aceeaşi platformă. Mai exact, va utiliza platforma Logan, adaptată pentru o transmisie 4x4, lungimea sa urmând să fie de aproximativ 4,30 metri. Din păcate, cei de la Renault se pare că nu au ales încă soluţia cea mai bună pentru această transmisie, motiv pentru care lansarea acestui model va avea loc abia în 2010. De fapt, proiectul Sandero 4x4 a existat, dar nu a fost fezabil din punct de vedere tehnic, motiv pentru care a rămas doar un crossover 4x2 şi a fost trimis în Brazilia la produs. Si asta cu atat mai mult cu cat vine de la un producator auto renumit pentru inovatiile sale de pe modelele de serie.<br />ASIMO este cel mai avansat robot humanoid din lume, avand abilitatea de a alerga, de a merge cu fata si cu spatele, de a urca scarile, de a se intoarce usor fara sa se opreasca si de a-si mentine echilibrul, chiar si pe o panta sau suprafete neregulate. Proiectul a demarat in 1986, in scopul de a oferi, intr-o buna zi, ajutor celor in dificultate. Prima versiune ASIMO a aparut in public in 2003. Noul ASIMO a primit imbunatatiri la nivelul interactiunii si al interpretarii comenzilor primite de la oameni, fiindu-i adaugate noi sarcini in program, printre care caratul de obiecte.<br /><br />- Interactiunea cu oamenii<br />ASIMO recunoaste mediul inconjurator cu ajutorul senzorilor vizuali, senzorilor pentru suprafete, senzorilor cu ultrasunete si prin intermediul unui Card de Comunicatii pentru Tele-interactiune (recunoaste locatia si identitatea unei persoane)<br /><br />- Caratul obiectelor cu un carucior<br />ASIMO este capabil sa manevreze un carucior pe rotile, mentinand distanta potrivita prin reglarea fortelor de impingere din brate, cu ajutorul senzorilor aflati in palme. Chiar si in cazul in care traiectoria caruciorului este perturbata, ASIMO poate efectua manevre de incetinire sau de schimbare a directiei.<br /><br />- Alergarea<br />Robotelul este controlat de un sistem poractiv, chiar si cand ambele picioare sunt in aer. Asta macar teoretic, deoarece Panda inca traieste bine-mersi (ar putea fi considerat singurul produs reusit din aceasta generatie, avand in vedere ca tocmai s-a produs exemplarul cu numarul 1.000.000), iar Punto Classic si-a gasit un minunat loc de pensie in estul Europei. Dar schimbarea s-a produs, ciclul s-a incheiat, iar Bravo desavarseste aceasta operatie cu succes. Numele ales de italieni nu este intamplator, vechile Brava si Bravo reprezentand o perioada de glorie pentru producator, spre deosebire de Stilo, cel care trebuia sa concureze vedetele Golf, Megane si Focus in Europa, dar care a sfarsit in agonie. Fata de modelele traditionale ale anilor ’90, acum s-a ales, din fericire, doar solutia unui hatchback, acesta utilizand numele cel mai bine plasat.<br /><br />Design<br />Din punctul de vedere al designului, stilul nou adoptat de Fiat atinge la Bravo, credem noi, cel mai inalt punct, cu elemente fluide excitante, tipic italiene, „imprumutate“ de la marca de lux Maserati, lucru recunoscut de producator. In acelasi timp, din tridentul Grande Punto - Linea - Bravo, ultimul reuseste cel mai bine sa induca alura sportiva, cu proportii bine alese, cu o silueta ce se incadreaza intr-un trunchi de piramida, lucru ce ajuta nu doar la infati-sare, ci si la comportamentul pe sosea.<br /><br />Interior<br />Interiorul poate fi considerat si el o reusita, fiind cel mai bun din gama producatorului in acest moment (exceptand Croma, evident, dar care aproape nu conteaza in vanzarile grupului Fiat). Materialele sunt mult peste ceea ce ne obisnuise Fiat, cu un bord cochet si o consola centrala care, indiferent daca este echipata doar cu linia audio sau si cu navigatie, este placuta, eleganta si moderna. Spatiul este si el un atu al lui Bravo, lucru logic de vreme ce masina este campioana la dimensiuni in clasa compacta (4,33 metri lungime, 1,79 metri latime si 1,49 metri inaltime), cu suficient loc de acomodare atat in fata, cat si pe locurile din spate. In plus, portbagajul ofera 400 de litri in varianta normala, pana la nivelul geamurilor, ajungand la 1.175 de litri cu scaunele rabatate.<br /><br />Motoare<br />Motorizarile oferite sunt destul de diversificate. Pe benzina avem un economic 1.4 litri, de 90 CP, destinat persoanelor ce nu simt nevoia de sportivitate, dar care, la o adica, poate face eforturi sustinute la turatii ridicate, apoi noua serie TJet, motoare de 1.4 litri cu turbina, care ajung la 120, respectiv 150 CP, acesta din urma dovedind in timpul testarii un potential nebanuit, cu penalizari evidente in zona consumului, insa foarte economic la utilizari rationale. In gama diesel, traditionalele MultiJet sunt reprezentate de gama 1.9 litri, de 120 si 150 CP, ambele capabile de eforturi mari, acceleratii rapide si totul fara sa atenteze la rezervor, cu un minus discret pentru cel mai mic. Cutiile de viteze sunt doar manuale, in 6 trepte, singura in 5 trepte fiind cea de pe 1.9 MultiJet 120 CP.<br /><br />Dotari<br />Echiparile sunt cele clasice Fiat: Active, avand o multime de dotari standard (4 airbaguri, aer conditionat, geamuri fata si oglinzi electrice, computer de bord) si un pret de 13.977 euro, cu toate taxele incluse, Dynamic (echiparea ce va fi probabil cea mai vanduta) - mai scumpa cu aproximativ 1.000 de euro, dar oferind alte doua airbaguri, climatronic, CD+Mp3, comenzi pe volan, Emotion - o echipare de fite ce nu merita atentia decat pentru ESP (dar care poate fi comandat separat) si Sport - care nu doar schimba aspectul masinii, ci vine cu setari diferite la motor, cu suspensii mai rigide si jante de aliaj, aceasta fiind si cea mai scumpa: 19.576 euro. Din punctul de vedere al comportamentului, putem spune ca masina este pregatita pentru confort, avand o cursa ceva mai mare la amortizoarele puntii spate, dar cu un castig incredibil pe drumuri desfundate. Avem rezerve la unele materiale din interior, vezi vinilul striat de pe fetele usilor, care va permite acumularea prafului, si plusul-catifea de pe unele suprafete, un material care va capata rapid luciri neplacute de la atingerile repetate. Actualul model C5 se află într-un puternic declin de vânzări, el fiind introdus în 2000, atingând un vârf de piaţă în 2002, la introducerea wagonului, căzând apoi încet-încet, din 2005 si până astăzi, Frankfurt.<br />Mihai Panaitescu, in varsta de 20 de ani, studiaza la Institutului European de Design din Torino si a fost desemnat castigator al editiei 2007 a concursului de creatie organizat de Peugeot. <span id="fullpost">El este originar din Focsani, unde a absolvit Liceul de Muzica si Arte Plastice si a castigat numeroase premii pentru lucrari in domeniul designului si picturii. Proiectul cu care s-a inscris la Peugeot Design Contest 2007 se numeste Flux si a fost selectionat in finala alaturi de alte 29 de lucrari. Descrierea conceptului, facuta de autor, asa cum cerea regulamentul, este sugestiva: „Intentia mea a fost sa desenez un vehicul care sa satisfaca ocupantii lui in toate modurile. Versatilitatea sa combinata cu sportivitatea si abilitatea de a fi folosit in imprejurari diverse sunt, in opinia mea, cateva dintre punctele puternice ale vehiculului.” Si pentru ca tematica din 2007 a competitiei o cerea, Mihai Panaitescu a imaginat conceptul ca fiind propulsat de un motor pe hidrogen, fiind in acelasi timp realizat din materiale usoare si ecologice. Mihai si-a primit premiul, intitulat The Grief, in cadrul unei ceremonii desfasurate la Salonul Auto de la Geneva, ocazie cu care a primit si un cec de 6.000 de euro. Candidatele trebuie sa fie lansate in 2007, sa fie vandute in cel putin 5 state europene si sa aiba un volum estimat de minimum 5000 de unitati pe an. Intr-o prima etapa, juriul format din ziaristi de la publicatii renumite din Europa, va stabili cele 7 finaliste ce vor fi anuntate la inceputul lunii octombrie. Apoi, pe 19 noiembrie, va fi aleasa castigatoarea titlului „Car Of The Year 2008”. Ultimele autoturisme ce au primit titlul sunt Ford S-Max - 2007, Renault Clio - 2006 si Toyota Prius – 2005. Pentru aceasta editie marele favorit este Fiat 500, secondat de Ford Mondeo, Nissan Qashqai si, probabil, Kia cee’d. Printre noutati se va numara si noul model Dacia, pregatit in mare taina de specialistii Renault...<br />UPDATE: Noua Dacia va fi prezenta deocamdata in standul Renault, deoarece avanpremiera masinii a aratat ca ea se va comercializa dedocamdata sub brandul francez, urmand ca, de la anul, sa fie construita si la Pitesti<br /><span id="fullpost">Desi reprezentantii Dacia si Renault nu au dorit sa confirme pana la ora inchiderii editiei noutatile ce vor fi prezentate de marca de la Colibasi in fastuoasele hangare ale IAA Frankfurt, presa germana a anuntat ca fiind certa expunerea in premiera a noului hatchback derivat din Logan. Modelul se afla de cel putin un an in teste, la inceputul acestui an fiind definitivat si designul, conturat si pe baza unor focus-grupuri realizate in Romania. Lansarea comerciala ar putea avea loc anul viitor.<br />Un alt eveniment important pentru industria auto romaneasca ce se va desfasura tot la Frankfurt va fi semnarea contractului de privatizare a uzinelor de la Craiova. La stabilirea pretului final a contribuit si cererea Ford de stergere a tuturor datoriilor istorice ale uzinei, o alternativa propusa fiind acordarea unor ajutoare de stat echivalente cu sumele restante ale Daewoo Automobile.<br /><br />Eco-salon<br />Marcile europene se lupta mai aprig ca niciodata in a expune publicului viziunile proprii asupra automobilului din doua perspective: prima este cea a conceptelor, care trebuie sa fie din ce in ce mai indraznete, mai futuriste, mai pline de spectacol, chiar daca nicio masina de serie nu va arata precum versiunile de tip show-car; cea de-a doua urmareste cucerirea pietei „verzi”, a masinilor ecologice si, mai ales, netaxabile, pentru ca, pana la urma, cetatenii europeni sunt mai putin afectati de poluarea mediului si intr-o masura uriasa de impozitele pe emisiile de CO2. Jucatorii care au investit cel mai mult in acest din urma domeniu sunt producatorii de lux, Mercedes, BMW si Audi, care vor expune cele mai noi descoperiri in materie de economie de carburant, sub forma hibridelor benzina/diesel - electric, inclusive in forme „usoare“, care utilizeaza doar regenerarea energiilor din franare si reduce consumul la pornire si stationare la semafor. Alaturi de acestia se va afla chiar si producatorul de masini sport Porsche care va expune in premiera versiunea hibrid a SUV-ului Cayenne.<br />Marcile populare din Europa, precum Volkswagen, Ford si Opel vor avea si ele propriile modele cu nuante „verzi“, indiferent de numele pe care il poarta: BlueMotion, ecoFLEX sau alte ECObranduri.<br /><br />Multe concepte si lansari<br />In materie de concept-cars, vom avea o sumedenie de studii, unele greu de imaginat pe soselele lumii, altele gata sa anunte intrarea in productia de serie. Ford Kuga, de exemplu, dezvoltat din Ford IosisX, este gata de lansare in cateva luni, fiind un concurent de temut pentru Nissan Qashqai si Volkswagen Tiguan. Citroën C5 Airscape este in schimb mai mult o testare a pietei, o eventuala transformare in C5 cabrio fiind deocamdata incerta. Tot de la Ford vom avea la Frankfurt si Verve, un prototip al viitorului Fiesta, care va fi produs la Craiova in cel mult un an. Kia Sport Coupe Concept vine si el sa arate schimbarile de stil ale marcii devenite europene, alaturi de acesta fiind expus si face-liftul Sportage produs la Zilina. Peugeot a adus in Germania impreuna cu noul 308 si conceptul 308 RC Z, un coupé ce ar putea concura cu Audi TT. Si Mitsubishi prezinta un concept, botezat Cx, un crossover ce ar trebui sa completeze gama de SUV-uri in viitor. Marca japoneza va prezenta oficial si noul Lancer, cu un design impresionant. Tot de la japonezi vom avea Suzuki Kizashi, o limuzina ce ar putea ajunge pe piata in 2009, an in care ar trebui lansat si Toyota Endo, cel mai mic automobil al celui mai mare producator din lume. Ajuns la cea de-a sasea editie, salonul auto bucurestean promite ca in acest an sa bata toate recordurile inregistrate pana acum. Organizatorii salonului au anuntat cresterea cu 50% a numarului marcilor participante, evident ca urmare a revenirii brandurilor din portofoliul Tiriac Auto, evenimentul gazduind in total aproape 200 de expozanti, cu 20% mai multi decat la editiile trecute.<span id="fullpost"><br />Desi este vorba de costuri organizatorice mai mari, parte din succesul previzibil al expozitiei il reprezinta alegerea unei noi locatii. Astfel, in acest an salonul se va desfasura vizavi de Aeroportul „Henri Coanda”, in incinta Metro Otopeni. Aici suprafata expozitionala este una record, masurand peste 50.000 metri patrati. Spatiul destinat salonului este impartit in trei arii. Primele doua, acoperite, vor cuprinde expozantii auto, moto si ATV, respectiv expozantii de accesorii, echipamente si servicii, iar suprafata aflata in aer liber va gazdui autoutilitarele.<br />La SIAB vor fi prezentate, asa cum ne-am obisnuit deja, modele dezvaluite publicului in premiera cu doar cateva zile inainte, la salonul auto de la Frankfurt.<br /><br />La salon se va putea ajunge prin intermediul liniilor RATB 440, 444, 446, 448, 449, 451 si 783, la care se adauga o cursa speciala pusa la dispozitia vizitatorilor, care va circula pe traseul Piata Presei Libere – SIAB. Transportul gratuit le va fi asigurat doar celor care au cumparat bilete pentru SIAB de la ghiseele RATB.
